Meet Rebecca, Physio123’s best (and only) Accounts Manager.

For over 12 months Rebecca has been looking after all of the Physio123 customers, from helping them setup their email accounts to creating Adwords campaigns to generate more phone calls.

Rebecca

Physio123 market our services to therapists all over the world by creating print adverts and looking after our social media accounts.

We had the opportunity to sit down with Rebecca to find out what makes her tick – spoiler alert: coffee.

Can you define your role as “accounts manager?”

My job is to oversee and manage all our clients and to ensure all aspects of the their “journey”, runs smoothly from the moment they enquire about a service to when they sign up through to when the website’s online. Essentially I am in charge of customer satisfaction.

What’s the first thing you do when you come to the office?

Make a drink – coffee. Always. My best days start with coffee.

Then I will look through all my emails – flag them, delegate them to the appropriate person, action anything that’s urgent. I am quite organised so I plan and set tasks for each day to make sure I always have a productive week.

Following that I usually chase up my colleagues on any on-going projects – a lot of what I do involves ensuring we meet customer related deadlines so I suppose I am quite bossy. I am sure a lot of my colleagues will back me up on this.

What’s the best advice you’ve got from someone in the office?

Luke once said “if you are the smartest person in the room then you’re in the wrong room”. It’s a quote that stuck with me – I’m definitely in the right office.

What are you doing for the rest of the day?

The rest of the day I have a meeting with our business director Kevin. It’s our opportunity to focus on marketing for Physio123 and look into ways we can reach out to more people. This will entail looking at changing our current adverts (we currently advertise in Frontline magazine), writing and scheduling newsletters, reviewing the blog and ensuring the social media is being looked after.

It’s going to be a long afternoon.

What’s the best works night out you’ve had?

There’s been a few but I would have to say the girls night out we went on a few months ago. We were just meant to go out for a few but that never happens. It was a great night, lots of dancing – we even ended up at a karaoke bar.

And now, a little quick fire round…

In the office who…

Is the messiest – It’s a tough decision between Steven or Kevin but if I had to pick it would be Kevin – he’s always leaving teabags in the sink.
Is the funniest – Other than myself? Steven.
Is the bossiest – Me. It comes with the job role.
Is the best dressed – Milda – I always look forward to see what she’s wearing in the mornings.
Is the loudest –  Kevin. His laugh seems to echo around the office.

It was great talking to you Rebecca. We have one last question before we let you go…what did you have for tea last night?

I ended up working late so I picked up a McDonalds on the way home. Otherwise I definitely would have had a salad or something…

Talk to the experts.
