Date: December 26, 2017

Being a company established over 10 years ago, there is always a new project underway at Physio123. In order for us to be able to make sure we are on track with all projects we have Milda who acts as a driving force behind us all. She plans, delegates and reviews every part of any Physio123 project.

We had the chance to sit down with Milda to discuss her day to day duties, find out what her dream Physio123 project is and discover who she thinks the bossiest in the office is.

Hi Milda. Lets get right into it. What do you do for Physio123?

At Physio123, I am responsible for ensuring all digital projects run smoothly and meet project goals, objectives and deadlines. I communicate with the whole Physio123 team trying to achieve and exceed expectations of our clients.

Can you define your job role as “digital project manager”?

I initially communicate with clients and understand their needs, vision and expectations of the project. I am then involved in creation and management of the project whether it’s a website, graphics or marketing. I do everything for clients of Physio123 to exceed their expectations and make them happy with the end result and overall experience.

What’s your dream project?

A dream project would probably be creating a brand from scratch for someone who has an idea but needs help in executing it.

I would love to be involved in a creation of something that doesn’t have any boundaries.

I like listening to the client and making their ideas a reality as well as pitching my own suggestions to come up with the project plan.

Seeing the results of such project and knowing that all this was built from scratch makes me feel very proud and happy.

What’s the first thing you do when you come to the office?

I always check my emails first when I come in, followed by checking my calendar. I am very organised. I like to stick to my schedule and don’t miss important tasks and meetings. I also don’t like keep people waiting so try to organise and respond to my emails as soon as possible. My pet hate is having loads of flagged emails haha.

What are you doing for the rest of the day?

I have 4 meetings ahead today. I will meet with Steven, our technical director, to see where are we up to with our Physio123 projects. I then have few weekly business development meetings with clients. So, busy day ahead!

What’s the best works night out you’ve had?

I have to say the best night out so far was last year’s Christmas party. The theme was Winter Wonderland and it was so good! We stayed out until early hours in the morning (and when I say early I mean VERY EARLY) and even though it is hard to remember most of the things from the night I will always remember the night out as THE BEST night out ever!

And now, a little quick fire round…

In the office who…

Is the messiest – Hmmm…I would say Ste. His desk hasn’t seen the daylight since I started working at Physio123.

Is the funniest – Must be Ste. I can always hear Rebecca laughing her head of when she is in meetings with Ste…I wonder what jokes is he cracking to her that he doesn’t to me?

Is the bossiest – Definitely Kev…

Is the best dressed – Rebecca. She always looks so professional wearing her high heels. I don’t know how she does it everyday.

Is the loudest – Kevin. You can always hear him in the office in the morning when he is coming up the stairs and talking on the phone haha.

What did you have for tea last night?

A very healthy option. Quorn chicken with rice and mix of fresh salad and hummus. Yummy!
