Using Facebook is a key tool in business. Every business should have a Facebook page and your clinic is no different. This page should be home to information such as, ‘about the team’, ‘promotions’ and ‘news and other information’.
I am going to be giving you three tips to help get the most out of your Facebook page which will help you reach new heights when it comes to patient reach and help attracting new clientele.
Make sure to advertise your latest promotions across your Facebook page. For example, you can show your newest and latest in-clinic promotions. This will help the chances of having your post shared. When you advertise your promotions across all your social media platforms make sure to be consistent and use the same graphics throughout to ensure your brand also remains consistent.
Make sure to have Facebook competitions. Facebook competitions are a great way of making sure your post reaches the maximum audience it possibly could. An example of a Facebook competition would be “share this post for your chance to win a free consultation”. Using this method means your post will reach the greatest audience it possibly could. The encouragement for sharing means your post will be seen outside your initial circle.
Make sure to post clear and professional information at a scheduled rate. The key is consistency. Make sure the information is completely clear so potential clients are easily attracted. For example make sure your post clearly, give ‘action’ information and clearly state all the conditions if you make a ‘competition’ post.
In conclusion, Facebook is a great tool to achieve a new patient base. It’s also a great tool to help speak out to existing patients as long as you advertise your latest promotions, have competitions and ensure you post clear and professional information. Once you master Facebook your clinic will become almost unstoppable!
