In today’s post, we are going to be discussing how to get more applications through ‘LinkedIn’. LinkedIn is home to millions of professionals and thousands of possible new employees. Today’s post will show you how to attract these experienced candidates to your LinkedIn page.

I am going to be giving three key tips to help you get the best candidates viewing and applying for your roles.

Be Clear & Concise

Make sure to use high quality and professional information about the job role. The job role should not be open ended it should tell the job seeker exactly what you are looking for. This ensures you receive the lowest number of bad applicants.


Make sure you appropriately tag your vacancies / job posts. This will ensure the most relevant job seekers find your job advert. For example, if you are looking for an Osteopath then your tags should include similar and relevant tags such as “Osteopathy” and “Osteopathic” etc. By doing this, this will make it more likely for your job advert to be displayed when an Osteopath is searching for a new role.

Use Images

My final tip is to make sure the images used are completely appropriate and high quality. The picture should sum up your business and sum up what your business stands for. You should ensure all the images used to advertise your new job reflect the company well. If you don’t have any relevant photos, it would be fine to post your companies logo.

In conclusion, by being clear and concise, tagging relevant keywords and using appropriate, high quality you will drive more applications to your job posts on LinkedIn.
